About the role
Working hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm with one hour unpaid lunch break (37.5 hours per week)
Job type: Permanent, subject to probation period
Salary: £25,150 per annum plus uncapped commission potential
Location: Hersden, Kent

We strongly believe that values and attitude are just as important as experience, so if you have not been in a similar role before, that’s OK with us – we would still love to hear from you. This role requires talking to customers and insurers, so you’ll need to be comfortable with phone and email communication. Confidence, reliability and enthusiasm are essential. Full training is provided.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable cover solutions
- Generate new business while nurturing existing accounts
- Deliver great customer service throughout the policy year
- Negotiate premiums, terms and cover with insurers
- Handle renewals, adjustments and general client queries
- Ensure all admin and compliance requirements are met
